Whole slice pathological image interactive labeling and segmentation method and device

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of pathological image labeling and segmentation, and relates to a full-slice pathological image interactive labeling and segmentation method and device. Multiple images corresponding to different image resolution levels are obtained by downsampling a full-slice pathological image; each image is divided into multiple image blocks; a target image is obtained based on the zooming ratio of a user front-end interface viewport, an image block in the target image is obtained based on the coverage range of the viewport, a candidate image block set is generated for each image block to label the image block, and positive sample point labeling and negative sample point labeling of the image block are obtained; the labeled image block is input into an image encoding module to generate image feature embedding, the positive sample point labeling and the negative sample point labeling are input into a prompt encoding module to generate prompt embedding representation, the image feature embedding and the prompt embedding representation are input into a mask decoding module to generate a segmentation mask; and the segmentation mask of each image block is superimposed on the full-slice pathological image to obtain labeling and segmentation results of the full-slice pathological image.
