本发明提出了一种荧光原位杂交图像跨区间精准计数方法及其应用,属于医学图像智能处理技术领域。所要解决的技术问题为:FISH信号计数因数值跨度极大导致单一模型低值临界区精度不足、高值区不稳定及级联系统在分类边界产生输出跳变。解决方案为:通过路由网络输出连续置信度概率,将图像分送至针对不同数值区间独立优化的第一计数网络与第二计数网络,分别获取精炼预测值;基于置信度与预设阈值的比较,执行三段式动态连续融合——高置信时硬切换输出对应专家网络的结果,中等置信时以置信度概率为权重进行线性加权融合,低置信时利用平滑映射函数进行非线性加权融合,输出最终计数值。主要用于乳腺癌HER2基因FISH检测中跨区间信号精准计数。
