Method of motion assessment, user interface, and related apparatus

Abstract

The application discloses a motion evaluation method, a user interface and related devices. In the method, an electronic device can obtain the heart rate and the pace of a user in a unit time during a motion process, and then determine a first proportion of the user in the unit time and a unit training load based on the heart rate and the pace, the first proportion representing the proportion of aerobic exercise or anaerobic exercise. According to the first load in all unit times during the motion process of the user, the first total load of the user in the motion can be determined, wherein the first load is equal to the product of the first proportion and the unit training load. The first total load refers to the aerobic total load or the anaerobic total load of the user in the motion. It can be seen that the method divides the motion of the user into aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, analyzes the aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise of the user during the motion process based on the heart rate and the pace, and helps the user to scientifically plan the motion intensity.
