Abstract

The application discloses an intelligent analysis system based on big data; the system adopts a distributed modular architecture, contains data acquisition, preprocessing, intelligent analysis engine, result display, data security control and model iteration optimization module, integrates multi-source heterogeneous medical data such as electronic medical records, medical images, genomics, wearable devices and the like through multi-modal acquisition technology, generates a standardized analysis data set through cleaning, standardization, de-identification and medical feature engineering, combines machine learning / deep learning, medical knowledge graph and federal learning framework, realizes functions such as disease risk prediction, auxiliary diagnosis, personalized treatment recommendation and the like, and presents results to users in the form of interactive visualization, reports and real-time early warning; the whole process is encrypted and the right control guarantees data security; the intelligent analysis system based on big data significantly improves the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and accuracy in the personalized treatment scene, and promotes the transformation of medical services to precision and high efficiency.
