Abstract

The application discloses a waterproof and corrosion-resistant crosslinked polyethylene insulated cable applied to the cable field, the waterproof and corrosion-resistant crosslinked polyethylene insulated cable is characterized in that a protection assembly is arranged outside two cable cores, and the connection part between the cable surface and the rubber protection sleeve is self-adaptively attached through the injection of the filler, and the counterpressure of the filler filled in the rubber protection sleeve can be realized through the arrangement of a pressure supplementing pipe, thereby the connection sealing property of the filler and the cable surface is greatly improved, so that the problem that the cable joint is prone to water seepage in the prior art is solved; in cooperation with the arrangement of a warning assembly, the filling amount of the sealing filler can be physically warned during the filling, the data of the sealing filler and the pressure sensor can be mutually verified, so that the filling amount of the sealing filler is effectively prevented from being too small or too large, thereby the sealing property is effectively ensured, and when the cable is used, the warning assembly can also effectively indicate the sealing effect, so that the sealing condition of the rubber protection sleeve can be quickly judged when the staff inspects.
