The application relates to a winding mechanism for double winding of enameled wire, which comprises a rack, a winding device arranged on the rack, the winding device winds through a wire guide pin moving along an axis and rotating, and a wire cutting device for cutting and clamping the wire bundle end on the winding device, the wire cutting device comprises a wire cutting mounting seat arranged on the winding device, a wire cutting movable structure capable of moving horizontally and vertically is arranged on the wire cutting mounting seat, a wire cutting cylinder with a vertical direction is arranged on the wire cutting movable structure and the wire cutting mounting seat, a wire cutting lifting block penetrating through the wire cutting mounting seat is connected to the wire cutting cylinder, and a shearing structure and a wire pressing structure are arranged on the wire cutting mounting seat; an upper air pipe matched with the wire bundle between the wire pressing structure and the wire guide pin is arranged on the wire cutting movable structure, a lower air pipe matched with the wire bundle between the wire pressing structure and the wire guide pin is arranged on the winding device, and the upper air pipe and the lower air pipe are connected to hot air feeding structures, the enameled wire is made to have viscosity through the hot air, and the shape of the coil is ensured to be stable.
