Dual-line integrated line laser module

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of laser modules, and discloses a double-line integrated line laser module, which comprises a substrate, a light source array and an integrated lens, the light source array and the integrated lens are arranged on the top of the substrate, the light source array is attached to the outside of the substrate and is used for emitting light rays in a divergent state, the integrated lens comprises a front surface a, a light ray folding structure b and a rear surface c arranged in sequence along a light ray propagation direction, the front surface a and the rear surface c are both free curved surfaces, the light rays are pre-shaped through the front surface a, are shaped through the rear surface c, and form double-line laser; the free curved surface of the front surface a can effectively compress a light beam divergence angle. The double-line integrated line laser module is more suitable for various application scenarios with requirements on installation space. The circumferential protection formed by the outer package to the integrated lens can reduce damage of external impact to the optical surface of the lens, and further improves the use reliability and durability of the module.
