Integrated water cooling module and method of manufacturing the same

Abstract

The application relates to the heat dissipation technical field and discloses an integrated water cooling group structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The water cooling group structure comprises a water pump group, a water guide base, a water cooling base and a plastic connecting piece. The water pump group comprises a water pump main body, a water pump impeller and a rotor structure connected with the water pump impeller. The water pump main body is formed with a water collecting chamber and an electrical chamber which are separated from each other. The water pump impeller and the rotor structure are arranged in the water collecting chamber. The bottom of the water pump main body is provided with a plurality of resin flow channels. The water guide base is arranged at the bottom side of the water pump impeller. The water cooling base comprises a metal plate and a plurality of water cooling fins. The metal plate is formed with a groove and a wing part. The water cooling fins are arranged in parallel and at intervals in the groove. The wing part protrudes horizontally at the outer edge of the groove at the position corresponding to the resin flow channels. The plastic connecting piece is formed by insert injection molding to cover the wing part and fill the resin flow channels, so as to connect the metal plate and the water pump main body.
