Abstract

The application discloses a corn automatic harvesting and threshing device and belongs to the technical field of corn threshing, comprising a mobile main frame and a harvesting mechanism for harvesting corn, wherein the mobile main frame is internally provided with a stripping mechanism for stripping corn from corn stalks and a threshing mechanism for threshing corn kernels from corn cobs. The flexible clamping and orderly feeding of the corn stalks are realized through the ingenious cooperation of the lifting frame, the harvesting frame, the clamping rod column and the clamping rod spring in the harvesting mechanism. After the bottom of the stalk is cut off by the cutting saw blade, the stalk is tilted to the clamping rod column under the thrust of the protective shell, the clamping rod column moves outward under the action of the slope and compresses the spring, reliable clamping of the stalks with different diameters is realized, and the excessive extrusion of the stalks by rigid clamping is avoided. After the stalk is sent into the groove by the rotation of the harvesting frame, the clamping rod column is automatically reset with the stalk, the whole feeding process is continuous and smooth, and the risk of blockage caused by the winding or accumulation of the stalks is effectively reduced.
