Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of steel plate shearing, specifically a steel plate processing and cutting device; it includes a machine body; a worktable is installed on the machine body; a knife holder is provided on the worktable, and an upper cutting knife is installed on the knife holder; a straightening mechanism is provided above the shearing table; the straightening mechanism includes a drive chamber; two first electric push rods are installed on the top of the drive chamber; two conveyor belts are provided inside the drive chamber; the two conveyor belts rotate in the drive chamber via rotating rollers; multiple straightening components are installed on the conveyor belts, and in the initial state, the straightening components are all located on the top surface of the drive belt; the straightening components include pressure rollers; upright plates are provided on both sides of the pressure rollers; the upright plates slide inside a slide cylinder; the top of the slide cylinder is fixed to the conveyor belt; by setting up a straightening mechanism, this invention can make the steel plate in a flat plane state before cutting, thereby solving the problem of abnormal cutting in existing devices.
