Abstract

This invention relates to the field of sheet metal processing technology and discloses a sheet metal processing mechanism for cable branch box production. The mechanism includes a machine body, a mounting frame fixedly connected to the top of the machine body, a hydraulic cylinder fixedly connected to the top of the mounting frame, and a lifting frame fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder through the mounting frame. A mounting shaft is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the lifting frame, and a first cutting tool and a second cutting tool are fixedly connected to the outer circumference of the mounting shaft. An adjusting plate is fixedly connected to the end of the mounting shaft through the lifting frame. This sheet metal processing mechanism for cable branch box production effectively solves the problem in the prior art where, with prolonged use, the cutting tool continuously rubs against the sheet metal, gradually wears down its microstructure, and becomes dull. This dulled cutting tool reduces processing accuracy and increases the difficulty of subsequent sheet metal splicing and assembly when shearing metal sheets.
