Abstract

The application relates to an automatic rotating spot welding machine for radiator processing and a use method, and belongs to the technical field of radiator processing. The automatic rotating spot welding machine comprises a rack, a supporting frame and a spot welding machine body, the supporting frame is fixedly installed on the rack, two chain wheels are rotationally connected to the side wall of the rack, a chain is transmissionally connected between the two chain wheels, and a chain plate for conveying a radiator is fixedly connected between the chain. A feeding mechanism is arranged between the chain plate and the spot welding machine body. Through the feeding mechanism and the limiting mechanism, the radiator advancing action and the spot welding machine welding action are highly coherent. When the motor drives the first driving shaft to rotate, on one hand, the first driving shaft drives the first driving ring and the spot welding machine body to make reciprocating linear motion through the first guide groove and the first movable block, so that the spot welding machine body is lowered for welding and is lifted for resetting.
