A drilling and polishing integrated device and method for ring main unit body production

Abstract

The application relates to a drilling and polishing integrated device and method for ring net cabinet body production, and belongs to the technical field of drilling and polishing. The device comprises a body, a workbench arranged on the body, ring net cabinet plates which can be fixedly arranged on the workbench, a moving assembly arranged on the body, a working motor arranged at the bottom of the moving assembly, two groups of upper elastic compression guiding assemblies symmetrically arranged below the working motor, a coaxial composite cutter assembly arranged between the two groups of upper elastic compression guiding assemblies, a follow-up working assembly arranged between the bottom of the ring net cabinet plate and the workbench, and an operating device arranged on the body. The moving assembly is used for driving the working motor at the bottom to accurately move to a preset working area. The application solves the problems of process separation and incomplete polishing in the prior art, greatly improves the processing efficiency and hole processing quality, and is suitable for automatic processing of ring net cabinet body plates.
