A cutting machine for processing screw pump

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of sawing technology, specifically to a cutting machine for screw pump processing, comprising a saw and a frame fixedly installed above the saw. Several barrier sleeves are provided above the saw, each with a through hole for the workpiece to be sawed to pass through. A lifting frame is slidably mounted on the frame, and a first electric push rod is fixedly connected to the frame, with its telescopic end fixedly connected to the lifting frame. A circular saw blade is mounted on the lifting frame. This sealed chamber completely surrounds the sawing point, confining the high-temperature metal chips and fumes generated during cutting within the chamber and preventing them from splashing outwards. This completely solves the problem of chips scattering everywhere, polluting the environment, and endangering the health of operators in existing technologies.
