Abstract

This invention relates to the field of sheet metal chamfering technology, specifically disclosing a sheet metal chamfering machining and grinding device, including a machine body and a chamfering component. The chamfering component is disposed on the upper side of the machine body and is used to chamfer and grind the hole walls of the sheet metal. This invention uses the chamfering component to clamp the sheet metal and perform subsequent chamfering processing. The hole diameter component can detect the hole diameter of the sheet metal and adaptively adjust the chamfering depth according to the detected hole diameter. This prevents the chamfering depth from being too shallow for large-diameter holes, resulting in incomplete deburring and affecting the aesthetics of the chamfered surface, and also prevents the chamfering depth from being too deep for small-diameter holes, which would cause a significant increase in cutting resistance and lead to tool breakage. The depth adjustment component can adaptively adjust the limit value of the chamfering depth according to the sheet thickness and compare it with the chamfering depth adjusted by the hole diameter component according to the hole diameter.
