A recycled particle hot melt extrusion apparatus

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of plastic granulation processing equipment technology, specifically a hot melt extrusion equipment for recycling granules. It includes a barrel, a swirling device, an outer separation device, and an inner separation device. The barrel is vertically arranged, and the swirling device, outer separation device, and inner separation device are sequentially arranged on the barrel. The swirling device drives the molten plastic inside the barrel to form a vortex. The outer separation device separates the outer side of the molten plastic vortex inside the barrel, and the inner separation device separates the inner side of the molten plastic vortex inside the barrel. By causing the molten plastic to swirl and form a vortex inside the barrel, light and heavy impurities can be concentrated and distributed, reducing the impurity content carried by the plastic leaving the die head. Furthermore, after the light and heavy impurities mix with the molten plastic, they are discharged separately through the outer and inner separation devices, facilitating the subsequent recycling of these impurity-containing materials and simplifying the plastic recycling process.
