Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of wastewater treatment technology, specifically a high-pollution phenolic water treatment equipment and process for a coal gasifier. It includes a base plate, a separation mechanism for phenolic water treatment on the base plate, a primary phenolic water tank on the base plate, a demister mechanism on the flotation device, a secondary phenolic water tank on the base plate, a filter on the base plate, a tertiary phenolic water tank on the base plate, a phenolic water preheating and vaporization device fixedly mounted on the base plate, a steam collection tank on the base plate, and a two-stage coal gasifier on the base plate. This high-pollution phenolic water treatment equipment and process for a coal gasifier, by employing three-stage specialized separation materials, efficiently removes light and heavy tar and emulsified oil, solving the problem of small oil-water density differences and difficult separation. It significantly reduces equipment blockage, scaling, and corrosion, extending its service life. Furthermore, it recovers waste heat from the coal gas to vaporize the phenolic water, simplifying the heat exchange process, reducing steam consumption and equipment investment, and improving energy utilization.
