Abstract

This invention relates to the field of road construction machinery and equipment technology, and in particular to an asphalt paver for road construction. Its structure includes a paver body, a hopper mounted on the surface of the paver body, a screeding mechanism located on the other side of the paver body, a spiral material distribution mechanism installed between the screeding mechanism and the paver body, a material handling mechanism located between the screeding mechanism and the spiral material distribution mechanism, and a movable base installed below the paver body and the hopper. It solves the technical problems of poor material uniformity, inaccurate material replenishment, large aggregate accumulation, and poor linkage between detection and execution mechanisms in asphalt paving equipment. Through electrical connection between the control mechanism and each execution mechanism, synchronous start / stop and parameter adjustment of each stage (screening, distribution, material handling, detection, replenishment, screeding, etc.) are achieved. The spiral material distribution mechanism is linked with the lifting and feeding pump and the mixing motor for control, avoiding aggregate waste and equipment damage, and significantly reducing the labor intensity of operators.
