A non-woven fabric bag performance detection device

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of nonwoven bag performance testing technology, and provides a nonwoven bag performance testing device, including a vision detector with several LED lights distributed on the top of the testing box, and a controller. The controller consists of the following functional modules: an image acquisition and parameter extraction module, used to acquire image information of the nonwoven bag surface and extract the average color difference, penetration depth consistency, number of surface color spots, dye coverage, edge dyeing attenuation rate, and image signal-to-noise ratio from the image information; and an evaluation module, whose input is connected to the output of the image acquisition and parameter extraction module. This invention utilizes a dyeing quality evaluation unit, a coverage integrity evaluation unit, and a dyeing effect evaluation unit to sequentially generate a dyeing quality index, a coverage integrity index, and a dyeing effect evaluation index. This multi-parameter fusion evaluation mechanism overcomes the limitations of single-parameter evaluation and can comprehensively and objectively reflect the dyeing effect of the nonwoven bag.
