Instruction monitoring system, method and electronic device

Abstract

The application provides an instruction monitoring system, method and electronic equipment, and is suitable for the technical field of CPU monitoring. The instruction monitoring system comprises: a pipeline monitoring circuit, which is used for capturing instruction information of a target instruction in the process of processing the target instruction by a central processing unit (CPU), and outputting the instruction information of the target instruction in an instruction retirement stage if an exception or interruption of the target instruction is monitored; and an event printing device, which is used for printing the instruction information of the target instruction output by the pipeline monitoring circuit. The embodiment of the application can print the instruction information of the target instruction with the exception or interruption, so that a circuit designer of a CPU core can view the instruction information of the target instruction, thereby realizing monitoring and tracing of the instruction with the exception or interruption.
