Payment information and complaint data association processing system and method for street vending

Abstract

This invention discloses a system and method for linking payment information and complaint data in street vendor transactions, relating to the field of data processing technology. The system includes the following steps: acquiring consumer complaint data and associated payment data. The payment data includes a vendor identifier, payment timestamp, and payment location coordinates. The complaint data includes a complaint timestamp and complaint location coordinates. This invention establishes a correlation mechanism between the reasonableness of a complaint and the degree of payment deviation, enabling dynamic correction of the payment deviation. The greater the complaint deviation, the more suspicious the complaint, the smaller the attenuation factor, and the smaller the corrected payment deviation. Consequently, its weight in subsequent judgments is lower. Conversely, the more reasonable the complaint, the higher the weight of the payment deviation. This effectively avoids the drawbacks of solely relying on payment data, improves the logic and accuracy of complaint verification, and reduces the probability of misjudgment of malicious complaints.
