Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of industrial detection, in particular to an image processing method, a material sorting method and a material sorting device. The image processing method comprises: obtaining target cache information of a current frame image; segmenting the current frame image based on the target cache information to obtain an initial segmentation result; determining a non-complete contour in the current frame image and corresponding first region information based on the initial segmentation result; determining second region information of a historical non-complete contour based on historical cache information of at least one target historical image; updating the non-complete contour based on the second region information and the first region information to obtain an updated non-complete contour; and updating the initial segmentation result based on the integrity of the updated non-complete contour to obtain a target segmentation result. The method can effectively reduce the occurrence of boundary target missing segmentation, guarantee the image segmentation accuracy, make the obtained target segmentation result more reliable and accurate, effectively improve the subsequent processing accuracy, and guarantee the overall processing performance.
