Adjustable wrapping device for mica tape

Abstract

This invention provides an adjustable mica tape wrapping device for cable production, belonging to the technical field of cable production equipment. It includes a base and a mica unwinding drum. A frame is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base, and a wrapping disc is rotatably connected to the inner side of the frame. A drive assembly for rotating the wrapping disc is located on the inner side of the frame. A quick-release assembly for rapidly assembling and disassembling the mica unwinding drum is located on one side of the wrapping disc. An anti-fall-off assembly is located on the outer side of the quick-release assembly to prevent the mica unwinding drum from falling off after being fixed. A second drive assembly for retracting and extending the quick-release assembly is located on the inner side of the quick-release assembly. This invention uses a drive structure to drive the quick-release assembly and the anti-fall-off assembly to operate synchronously, achieving rapid assembly and disassembly of mica unwinding drums with different inner diameters and double internal and external limiting fixation within a certain range. This improves replacement efficiency, prevents loosening during high-speed rotation, and ensures wrapping quality and versatility.
