Abstract

The application discloses a needle coke calcination flue gas settling equipment and relates to the technical field of flue gas treatment. The needle coke calcination flue gas settling equipment comprises a settling chamber, a dust accumulation cavity arranged at the bottom of the settling chamber, an upper arc-shaped plate installed at the top end in the settling chamber, and a lower arc-shaped plate fixed above the dust accumulation cavity in the settling chamber and provided with a dust discharging port communicated with the dust accumulation cavity. Through cooperation of the rotating disc, the limiting plate and the partition strip, automatic overturning and surface cleaning of the dust blocking wall plate are realized without disassembly. When dust cleaning is needed, the rotating disc is driven to rotate, the dust blocking wall plate is moved to a specific angle, and then the dust blocking wall plate slides along the partition strip under the action of gravity. The dust accumulated on the surface of the dust blocking wall plate is scraped off like a scraper, the rotary motion is converted into relative sliding scraping between the dust blocking wall plate and the fixed partition strip, the structure is simple and reliable, efficient self-cleaning of the key settling component is realized, and the continuous and effective dust blocking and flow guiding functions are ensured.
