Abstract

This invention relates to the field of injection mold base technology, specifically to a high-efficiency conformal cooling injection mold base for automotive electronic housing parts. It includes a frame and a water-cooling box, which is lifted and mounted on the frame. A cooling module and a motor are mounted on the frame. A first micro-motion frame is slidably connected to the top of the frame, and a second micro-motion frame is slidably connected to the first micro-motion frame. The frame is equipped with a bidirectional amplitude-changing drive unit that synchronously drives the radial periodic amplitude-changing motion of the first micro-motion frame and the axial periodic amplitude-changing motion of the second micro-motion frame. A reciprocating shaft is rotatably connected to the first micro-motion frame. A linear drive module and a fixed mold base are fixedly mounted on the second micro-motion frame, and a moving mold base is driven by the linear drive module. The beneficial effects of this invention are: by adopting a liftable immersion water-cooling structure, combined with the synchronous periodic rotation of the moving mold base and the fixed mold base driven by the rotary drive unit, it achieves full-enclosed dynamic conformal cooling of the mold base in the mold-closed state.
