Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method and application of a copper-based nanometer catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a chip: a microfluidic chip with a flow focusing structure is adopted, and the chip comprises at least one continuous phase inlet, at least two dispersed phase inlets and one outlet; (2) generating droplets: a water phase solution containing a copper precursor and a reducing agent is taken as a dispersed phase, and the dispersed phase is intersected with a continuous phase oil phase in the flow focusing structure of the microfluidic chip to form droplets; and (3) post-treatment: the droplets are collected, separated and purified to obtain the copper-based nanometer catalyst. The copper-based nanometer catalyst provided by the application can achieve the effects of controllable morphology and uniform particle size.
