Air-cooled module fan control method and device, medium and electronic equipment

Abstract

The present disclosure provides an air-cooled module fan method, an air-cooled module fan device, a computer readable medium and an electronic device, and relates to the technical field of power electronics. The method comprises: obtaining a simplified module temperature-fan speed mathematical model; wherein the simplified module temperature-fan speed mathematical model is a first-order plus pure lag model obtained based on the heat exchange mechanism of the air-cooled module; constructing a PID controller for controlling the fan speed based on the first-order plus pure lag model; obtaining the temperature deviation of the air-cooled module to control the speed of the air-cooled module fan based on the temperature deviation and the PID controller. The present disclosure can control the speed of the air-cooled module fan through the PID controller and the temperature deviation of the air-cooled module to achieve intelligent control of the air-cooled module fan; at the same time, the set value of the module fan speed under different working conditions can be determined based on the heating condition of the air-cooled module itself to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation while reducing the noise impact of the air-cooled module.
