Abstract

The method for twist heat refrigeration of polydiurea elastomer fiber belongs to the technical field of solid-state refrigeration. After heat exchange with the environment is balanced, the torque is quickly released to restore the fiber to the initial state (heat absorption stage), so that the cooling effect is generated. The polydiurea fiber has excellent elastic recovery rate, high mechanical strength and rich dynamic hydrogen bond, and the shortcomings of traditional elastomer materials, such as easy fatigue and small temperature change amplitude in the cyclic refrigeration process, are overcome.
