Embodiments of the present application provide a display module and a display device, comprising a display panel, a cover plate, and an adhesive layer between the display panel and the cover plate; the cover plate comprises a planar portion and a curved portion, the curved portion is located outside the planar portion; the adhesive layer comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion is between the planar portion and the display panel, and the second portion is between the curved portion and the display panel; wherein the loss factor of the first portion is greater than that of the second portion. In the embodiments of the present application, the adhesive layer used for bonding the display panel and the cover plate is provided as at least two portions with different loss factors, so that the adhesive layer can not only bond the display panel and the cover plate, but also relieve the display panel from the problems of display failure when the planar display area is impacted and the problem of warping of the display panel in the curved display area.
