Medical terminal dynamic portrait system and method based on knowledge graph

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of medical information management, and discloses a medical terminal dynamic profiling system and method based on a knowledge graph. The system comprises a data acquisition module, which acquires medicine, sales, supply chain and geographical data; a medicine classification graph construction module, which constructs a medicine classification knowledge graph, associates a single ATC code with western medicine, and associates at least one ATC code with Chinese patent medicine; a terminal association graph construction module, which constructs a terminal association graph associated with a drugstore, medicine, distributor and region; a request receiving module, which receives a profiling request; a graph query module, which determines target medicine, a drugstore and a distributor by traversing in a graph database; and an index calculation and output module, which calculates terminal coverage indexes and distributor capability indexes and outputs a dynamic profiling result. The application solves the problem that terminal coverage and distributor capability are difficult to dynamically quantitatively evaluate due to the fragmentation of medicine circulation data.
