Blockchain-based medical data security sharing method and system

Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provide a medical data security sharing method and system based on blockchain. The method includes chaining the participant digital certificate ID and hash digest, and registering the source data encryption to the P2P network; layering and desensitizing the original medical data, and storing the encrypted fragments, chaining the core assets; generating medical data authorization assets by multi-dimensional verification, and chaining, using the data within the authorization to obtain data and generate a download record; uploading the results and logs after use, comparing and verifying by the supervisor, and periodically checking the data integrity by the blockchain, and triggering the recovery mechanism if abnormal; re-preprocessing the secondary analysis data and labeling the traceability link. The system includes five modules such as blockchain core, P2P encrypted storage, data security processing and multiple sub-modules. The method can trace the whole process of medical data sharing, can be controlled, solves the problems of insufficient privacy protection and weak storage security, clarifies the data ownership, balances the sharing efficiency and compliance, and is suitable for the medical data multi-party security sharing scene.
