本发明提供一种视频智能配乐方法、装置、电子设备及计算机存储介质，对待配乐视频进行特征提取，得到待配乐视频的时序矩阵；针对时序矩阵中的每一个视频帧，基于待配乐视频的总帧数和视频帧的时间调节因子，对视频帧的视觉嵌入进行调整，得到视频帧的中间嵌入，保证时间对齐；然后，基于视频帧的所有空间块的空间权重和视觉嵌入，对视频帧的中间嵌入进行调整，得到视频帧的音乐嵌入，保证空间对齐；最终，基于所有视频帧的音乐嵌入进行音频解码，得到待配乐视频对应的音乐。本发明无需提示词、无需训练，即插即用，既能从细粒度上将视频内容跟生成的音乐一一对应，也能从整体上使得音乐精准匹配视频内容。
