Energy-saving stirring device and process for dry-mixed mortar production

Abstract

This invention discloses an energy-saving mixing device and process for dry mortar production, relating to the technical field of mixing devices. It includes a mixing tank, with a vortex-type conical mixing structure rotatably inserted into the inner top wall of the mixing tank. A planetary carrier is fixedly fitted onto the vortex-type conical mixing structure. An internal gear ring is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the mixing tank. The upper end of the vortex-type conical mixing structure passes through the planetary carrier and is fixedly fitted with a sun gear. Several eccentric auxiliary mixing mechanisms are rotatably inserted into the planetary carrier, with the upper ends of the eccentric auxiliary mixing mechanisms passing through the planetary carrier and fixedly fitted with planetary gears. The invention utilizes a hollow shaft rotation to provide horizontal shearing, and an inner shaft that reciprocates axially under the control of a wave-shaped guide groove, driving vortex-generating blades to sweep up and down at the bottom of the tank. This forces the material to flow in the X, Y, and Z directions, lifting the heavier material at the bottom and pressing in the lighter material at the top, effectively solving the problem of material stratification.
