Abstract

This invention discloses a high-affinity rabbit monoclonal antibody against zebrafish Slc7a10a and its applications, belonging to the field of monoclonal antibody development technology. This invention utilizes rabbit single-cell B-cell antibody development technology to isolate zebrafish Slc7a10a-specific single-cell B cells from rabbit peripheral blood immunized with zebrafish Slc7a10a peptide. Through PCR amplification and sequencing analysis, an antibody specifically recognizing the anti-zebrafish Slc7a10a protein is obtained. This invention is the first to develop an antibody against zebrafish Slc7a10a protein, and the antibody's specificity was verified by immunofluorescence detection on zebrafish endogenous samples, laying a solid foundation for developing a highly sensitive immunofluorescence detection method for Slc7a10a.
