Self-sealing hydraulic plug gate

Abstract

This invention discloses a self-sealing hydraulic slide gate, comprising a gate frame, a slide gate, a sealing ring, a sealing roller, and a gate plate roller. A sealing ring is provided around the inner perimeter of the gate frame, and sealing rollers and gate plate rollers are respectively provided on both sides; multiple wedge blocks are installed at the bottom of the slide gate. During the closing process, the slide gate moves upward to compress the sealing ring at the final closing stage through the cooperation of the wedge blocks and the sealing rollers, achieving automatic sealing. This invention ensures that, except for the final sealing stage, there is no pressure contact between the sealing ring and the slide gate during the entire gate opening and closing process, significantly reducing friction and wear, extending service life, and improving sealing reliability. It is particularly suitable for unloading materials containing hard particles.
