Built-in waterway device and refrigerator

Abstract

This application provides an embedded water system device and a refrigerator, comprising a bottom shell, an upper shell, and an inner water tank and water system components installed within the bottom shell. The bottom shell is adapted to be embedded in a water system mounting position formed by a recess in the bottom surface of the refrigerator's refrigeration compartment. The upper shell has a grille on its front and a notch at its rear, allowing circulating air from inside the refrigerator to enter the water system device through the grille and flow through the notch to the refrigerator's return air vent. The inner water tank is positioned on the return air path between the grille and the notch. This application embeds the water system device within the water system mounting position on the bottom surface of the refrigerator's refrigeration compartment and utilizes the foam layer space corresponding to the crossbeam to accommodate part of the device's height, achieving efficient reuse of the "dead zone" space inside the refrigerator. This completely frees up effective storage space inside the refrigerator compartment and solves the technical problem of traditional water system components encroaching on storage space.
