Abstract

This invention relates to the field of limestone powder sampling technology, and more particularly to an automatic limestone powder sampling device and method based on online film-rolled bagging. The device includes a controller, a powder unloading pipe, and an industrial image recognition camera. One end of the sampling pipe is connected to the side wall of the powder unloading pipe, and the other end of the sampling pipe is connected to the input end of a cyclone separator. A sampling pipe pressure transmitter, a sampling pipe solenoid valve, and a sampling valve are sequentially installed on the sampling pipe. Below the cyclone separator, from top to bottom, are a weighing hopper, a film-rolled bagging mechanism, and a conveyor belt. A coding machine is installed between the film-rolled bagging mechanism and the conveyor belt. At the end of the conveyor belt in the conveying direction, there are sample storage areas, including a standard storage area and an abnormal storage area. This invention achieves in-situ continuous generation of sampling bags through automatic film-rolled bagging, sealing, and labeling, thus overcoming the bottleneck of traditional systems where sampling is interrupted when containers are depleted. It constructs a closed-loop sampling system for the entire process, achieving truly long-term unattended operation.
