Abstract
This application relates to the field of hill-seeding monitoring technology, and in particular to a method and apparatus for precision hill-seeding monitoring and electric-driven film laying control of cotton. The method includes: detecting pulse signals generated when the seeding inlet of the hill-seeder passes by using a capacitive sensor, and obtaining a timestamp for each seeding inlet; determining a monitoring time window based on the timestamps of pulse signals from two adjacent capacitive sensors; acquiring photoelectric signals output by a photoelectric sensor; determining the current sowing status of the seeding inlet based on the number of triggers and the duration of shading of the photoelectric signals; and constructing a feedforward-feedback dual-layer control mechanism based on the machine's forward speed, film roll rotation speed, and film roll radius information to adjust the linear speed of the film-supporting roller driven by a DC servo motor, so that the film-laying linear speed matches the machine's forward speed in real time. This achieves precise hill-by-hill monitoring, significantly reduces the false judgment rate, effectively avoids the influence of interference signals from non-target time periods on the monitoring results, and realizes one-to-one precise monitoring of the sowing status of each seeding inlet.
