A fully automatic production planning, optimization method and control system for sugar crystallization process

Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to address the problems of low automation, long production cycles, large fluctuations in key process parameters, high energy consumption, and unstable product quality caused by manual operation and experience factors in existing sugar boiling and crystallization technologies. This invention proposes a fully automated production planning, optimization method, and control system for the sugar boiling and crystallization process. It collects all equipment and process parameters from the sugar boiling and crystallization section, and monitors the liquid level and flow rate of materials in the clarification and evaporation processes in real time. With the goal of improving key process parameters, automation level, product quality, and energy efficiency, it dynamically evaluates and adjusts the production plan, and executes the crystallization process control based on the dynamically adjusted production plan. The formulation and execution of the production plan require no manual intervention.
