Abstract

According to embodiments of this disclosure, a method, apparatus, device, storage medium, and program product for information processing are provided. The method includes: in response to receiving a user's question to a digital assistant, acquiring auxiliary visual information collected by a user-associated visual acquisition tool based on the user's question, wherein the acquisition time of the auxiliary visual information is close to the time the user's question was initiated; and using a machine learning model to determine a response corresponding to the user's question based on the acquired auxiliary visual information and the user's question. Thus, it is possible to acquire auxiliary visual information collected in real time by a visual acquisition tool based on a user's question, and determine a response to the user's question based on the user's question and the auxiliary visual information. This helps to improve the diversity and richness of user interaction with the digital assistant, as well as the accuracy of responses.
