Abstract

This invention discloses a modular assembly construction method for fourth-generation residential integrated pipeline ALC wall panels, comprising the following steps: establishing a digital three-dimensional model of the building wall; precisely matching the steel reinforcement distribution of the ALC panel with the routing of electromechanical pipelines; generating detailed design drawings for the wall panels based on the digital three-dimensional model; during the factory prefabrication stage, forming pre-embedded pipeline channels inside the ALC wall panels according to the detailed design drawings; fixing the pre-embedded conduits to the ALC panel steel mesh by welding according to the precise positioning of the detailed design drawings; hoisting and assembling the ALC wall panels on the construction site according to their numbers; establishing a quality control system during the design, production, and installation stages of the ALC wall panels; establishing quality traceability archives; and storing the installation deviation and sealing test data of each wall panel in the cloud. In summary, this invention has the advantages of reducing on-site grooving operations, reducing construction errors, and achieving traceable quality management throughout the entire construction process.
