Abstract

基于非线性饱和响应吸收的超分辨率微波热声成像方法及装置,属于医学成像与无损检测技术领域。本发明利用脉冲宽度调制的微波信号激发生物组织产生微波热声信号,通过超声换能器接收微波热声信号,采集和存储用于微波热声图像重建。成像时切换不同脉冲宽度先后对被测组织进行微波热声激励,对应得到不同脉冲宽度微波激励下的微波热声图像,然后对多组微波热声成像进行融合分析得到超分辨率微波热声图像。该方法以较高的对比度实现不同尺寸生物组织的选择性成像,突破传统微波热声成像分辨率受制于对比度等因素影响。本发明实现了对不同尺寸组织成分超分辨率微波热声成像,而且微波热声成像具有较好的生物组织穿透性能,因此具有较好的应用前景。
