An example embodiment herein discloses a user equipment (UE) for wireless communication. The UE is configured to: reselect from a first cell to a second cell for camping in an idle or inactive mode. The measurement configuration includes one of the following: a UE-specific measurement configuration; or a common measurement configuration.
