The method on the first electronic device side includes: establishing a WebSocket connection between the first electronic device and a second electronic device; in the event of a WebSocket connection interruption, the first electronic device sends a USSD instruction to the server, the USSD instruction carrying a first device identifier of the first electronic device and indication information of the WebSocket connection interruption event; the server stores the first device identifier and a second device identifier of the second electronic device in association; based on a WebSocket connection reconstruction process, the first electronic device and the second electronic device reconstruct the WebSocket connection, wherein the WebSocket connection reconstruction process is triggered by the second electronic device according to the indication information of the WebSocket connection interruption event obtained from the server.
