The application discloses a wax mold pouring integrated seamless garment manufacturing method based on a lost wax casting, and the core is to adopt a human body curved surface accurate wax mold as an inner core, to realize the whole garment forming of full sealing, high adhesion and no any splicing seam through the closed loop temperature control pouring garment elastic polymer material, gradient solidification and directional wax removal integrated process, completely avoiding the joint defect, uneven adhesion, insufficient strength problem of the existing technology such as traditional seamless knitting, hot pressing adhesion and adhesive splicing, and the method is suitable for the full scene seamless garment preparation of diving suits, tights, swimsuits, sports functional clothes and the like, the process parameters are controlled in a closed loop, no additional additives are added, the forming precision reaches human body curved surface ±0.1mm, and the finished product has the core advantages of full sealing waterproof, high elastic adhesion, no friction indentation and stretch tearing resistance, solves the technical bottleneck of the existing seamless garment manufacturing, and greatly improves the product performance and production stability.
