The fluorine-free photothermal super-hydrophobic coating is composed of a photothermal bottom layer coated on the surface of a substrate and a super-hydrophobic surface layer deposited on the surface of the photothermal bottom layer. The photothermal bottom layer comprises a fluorine-free polymer matrix and photothermal particles dispersed in the fluorine-free polymer matrix, and the super-hydrophobic surface layer is formed by the accumulation of hydrophobic particles. The fluorine-free polymer matrix is a copolymer formed by emulsion polymerization of methacryloxypropyl tris(trimethylsiloxy)silane or methacrylic acid octadecyl ester, ethyl methacrylate and methacryloxypropyl triethoxysilane. The coating of the application discards fluorine-containing materials, is green and environmentally friendly, realizes the super-hydrophobic performance of a water contact angle greater than 150° and a rolling angle less than 10°, and has the synergistic effect of passive anti-icing and active photothermal deicing, and can be widely applied to the surface anti-icing and deicing field in cold environments such as aerospace, power transmission and wind power generation.
