Bacillus velezensis and application thereof in prevention and control of real fly

Abstract

A strain of baeys bacillus and its application in the prevention and control of real fly, the classification and naming of the bacillus of the present application is baeys bacillus (b. baeys) Bacillus velezensis ) LHB03, preserved in China typical culture preservation center on December 17, 2025, and the strain preservation number is CCTCC NO: M 20252933. The volatile compounds produced by the baeys bacillus LHB03 strain of the present application in GYS medium show high efficient attraction activity to pumpkin real fly and orange small real fly, and it is found that 2-undecanol and 2-phenylethanol, two kinds of volatile compounds, have spray killing toxicity to pumpkin real fly. The strain has high practical application value and can be used for real fly prevention.
