Abstract

The application relates to a PRP extraction method with controllable concentration, belonging to the technical field of biological medical treatment, which uses an outer kit of a PRP separation device to collect venous blood, an inner kit is inserted into the outer kit, the inner kit and the outer kit are both in the structure of a syringe, the outer kit is installed into a centrifuge together with the inner kit to perform first centrifugation, after the first centrifugation, the inner kit is used to suck the plasma in the upper two layers in the outer kit, the inner kit with the sucked plasma is installed into the centrifuge to perform second centrifugation treatment, after the second centrifugation, the plasma in the upper two layers in the outer kit is sucked from a puncture port, the platelet concentration in the inner kit after the second centrifugation is higher than that after the first centrifugation, the plasma separated by the second centrifugation treatment is added into the inner kit separated by the first centrifugation treatment to adjust the platelet concentration, the concentration adjustment and control of the PRP are realized, and different PRP concentration requirements can be met.
