Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of machine room operation and maintenance management and dynamic environment monitoring data analysis, in particular to a machine room asset operation and maintenance management system based on dynamic environment data analysis, comprising: obtaining asset core temperature data, asset real-time power consumption data, micro-environment temperature data, business weight data, historical use time length data, baseline trend and scrap age of the target asset; aligning, processing and calculating temperature difference and dynamic thermal impedance index, and extracting degradation trend; comparing the baseline trend to determine the penalty coefficient, and converting the equivalent loss of the historical use time length to obtain the equivalent service age; calculating the dispatch priority score based on the equivalent service age, the scrap age, the business weight data and the degradation trend, and generating operation and maintenance dispatch instructions; obtaining an execution completion signal, comparing the dynamic thermal impedance index before and after execution, and correcting the equivalent service age or generating a work order upgrade instruction; the present application can realize asset operation and maintenance management closer to the real loss state.
