Algae microscopic multi-view distance image fusion method and system

Abstract

The application discloses an alga microscopic multi-view distance image fusion method and system, which selects images with image definition higher than a threshold value from an alga microscopic image set under multiple focal distances of the same view surface as fusion objects, respectively performs image multi-view area layered labeling on each candidate fusion image, obtains an imaging clear layer, an out-of-focus diffusion layer and a background information layer in each candidate fusion image, and performs differential fusion processing on the imaging clear layer, the out-of-focus diffusion layer and the background information layer according to different characteristics, effectively solves the edge blur and information loss problems of microscopic images caused by depth of field limitation and out-of-focus diffusion, retains clear edges and detail features of alga structures, suppresses diffusion interference of non-focal point areas, and thus generates a high-definition fusion image with complete information and rich details.
